We have trained and consulted a wide range of clients from all ages and genders in more than fifteen years of experience in health and fitness industry; professional and amateur athletes, triathletes, special populations, senior citizens and more. The objective of Fit Elite is to utilize your time in the most efficient way and devote it towards your health and fitness goals.

We start each session with broad evaluation of your physical condition, medical condition, and eating habits. We then perform comprehensive fitness assessment including body composition, muscular endurance, and strength and flexibility tests. We closely work with you to define specific and realistic goals for your fitness program. Our goal is to constantly provide you with knowledge, advice and resources on how to implement proposed exercise and nutrition program.

We offer the following services:

·         Personal Training - 30 min and 45 min session

·         Buddy Training and Boutique Training (Small Group Training-3 persons) - 30 min and 45 min session
Grab a friend or spouse and work towards same goals of getting fit. This intensive, whole-body workout utilizes bodyweight, kettlebell, free motion and free weight exercises. The accent is on the core strength, posture improvement, injury prevention and sport specific training (tennis, golf, etc.).
 

·         Senior Training - 30 min session
Custom-fit workout with a comprehensive range of motion routine and integration of daily movement routine by using body weight, resistant bands and light dumbbells. The focus is on joint, bone and muscle strengthening and flexibility.
Medical consent from your physician may be required.
 

·         Young Athletes Training - 45 min session
Workout session specifically tailored for teenagers. The objective is to teach them the safest and most effective way of workout while preparing for specific high-school sport. Special attention for joint strengthening, flexibility and injury prevention. The exercises will build functional strength, speed, power and most importantly ATTITUDE! “When the mind is willing, the body will follow.”
 

·         In Home Personal Training
We understand that you simply don’t have several hours to spend in the gym. That’s why we want to help you achieve your fitness goals in the convenience of your own home.

·         Online training
We are in the process in developing Online Training that could be done anywhere using little or no equipment.
